Lillian Colton

Competition Crop Art (1966-1983)


Colton is the crop artist at the Minnesota State Fair. She started entering Crop Art in 1966 and after winning nine best-of-show Purple ribbons in eleven years she stopped competing.

In 2004 Lillian Colton had a crop art show at The Minneapolis Institute of Arts.Here is some of her work from her ribbon-winning years.
